Morality and Education Morality and ethics are two important words that everyone knows, but few people actually understand it. In Webster's ninth new university dictionary, ethics is defined as a field dealing with good things and bad things. Morality is defined in the same dictionary as the principle of right and wrong of action. From Kozol, "Dark Night", "I home home", morality and morality are defined in the same way, but it has been expanded to include compassion for others. I agree with his argument that the purpose of school education is to educate people who are moral, ie people who rely not only on facts and knowledge but also on moral and moral life.

In this article we will explore the necessity of global education as a moral and educational tool in the global society characterized by complexity, uncertainty, inequality and diversity. We begin with an overview of the worldwide definition of education and the ability of "Learners of the 21st Century" described in recent educational literature. In the second part, we analyze the ethical concepts in global education and criticize educational goals based on ethnocentricism, non-historicism, non-politicalization, and paternalistic assumptions. In Part 3, we will introduce a series of world citizenship abilities that could change the unequal relationship between North and South. We also discussed the educational significance of these abilities against the international teacher education agenda. In the last section I will explain Finland 's challenges from the perspective of world education priorities. Our conclusion asserts the importance of educator's vocational autonomy

The South African Board of Education (SACE) is in charge of teacher registration, promotion of vocational ability development of educators, development, maintenance and protection of ethical and professional standards for educators. In order to fulfill its ultimate duty, SACE regularly reviews the ethical guidelines and also decides on the stubborn educator's hearing or disciplinary procedure. The Code of Ethics is developed and accepted by faculty unions and employers. According to SACE, the code is not "banned" and can be described as a "social agreement or contract" developed through a bottom-up and top-down approach (SACE Handbook 2006: 4).
