As a result of this action, fiscal expenditure has become more severe in many hospitals. Hospitals were forced to lay off employees to fulfill their economic responsibilities (Sun, 2013). As a result of such temporary dismissal, the employee feels dissatisfied and feels uneasy about the position, resulting in a drop in morale and inefficient care. Unresolved issues Although patient safety is claimed in each position, it does not address the problem of how to achieve patient safety. As an administrator, my top priority is to financially stabilize the hospital.
The attitudes of nurses in clinical practice to palliative care, communication, emotions, decision making and ethics should be the basis of further research ethical reflection in clinical practice. Empirical studies (quantitative and qualitative) are necessary to identify, enumerate and analyze these ethical attitudes. Moral research should contrast these data with the theoretical ethical concept developed in philosophical ethics. The result of dialogue of experience ethics and philosophy ethics contributes to the development of ethical theory by better understanding the way nurses are rational and practical in the context of ethical dilemmas like euthanasia. This is a dynamic interaction between two areas that will help to better understand the experience and theory of ethical issues in practice, thereby improving patient care.
