There seems to be a disagreement, especially among agricultural experts, on the public usefulness of agricultural technology. Among agricultural experts there is a disagreement on the imbalance of technology adoption between small-scale farms and large-scale farms. This paper analyzed the advantages of technical change in the agricultural sector and the influence it has on rural agricultural communities. In addition, I will present an explanatory but completely theoretical discussion on the bias of technology introduction between large farms and small farms. Agricultural technology has proved to be physical or not important. Both physical and non-physical techniques have also been proven to be variable and fixed. Variable / physical methods show scale and size neutrality, but fixed physical and nonphysical methods are displayed as neutral on scale but are not neutral.
Of course, the advancement of technology is the center of analysis of Karl Marx. In Markus, the advancement of technology is an important element of competition among companies. Moved by competition, the company mercilessly promotes new technology using alternative capital for labor. As a result of Marx, the unemployment rate is rising, but productivity is rising. The origin of contemporary controversy about the effects of automation can be seen here. In general, advances in technology do not seem to lead to widespread unemployment. However, this problem is suppressed in most of the modern growth theory which is merely a premise of full employment.
Promote the future of the US economy with science and technology: State and regional priorities (1999)
From past experiences, adopting a specific technology such as the use of a personal computer is relatively slow and difficult in some companies adopting new technology because it takes time to master and familiar with a specific implementation I know that. For example, cloud computing was first commercialized in the 1990's, but less than 30% of small and medium enterprises in OECD countries adopted it (OECD, 2016 d). The level of economic development and corporate absorption also seem to play an important role. Although the delay in technology adoption in countries over the past two centuries seems to have decreased sharply, as shown in the figure, the extent to which new technology spreads between enterprises and consumers after the first hiring is in developed countries and developing It seems that it has expanded among the countries. C.8 is shown (Comin and Mestieri, 2017)
