Nurses face many moral dilemmas everyday. Both nurses and patients suffer from serious consequences if these ethical circumstances are not treated professionally and ethically. When nurses face these ethical dilemmas, they make a decision. So what does the nurse do when the decision involves an ethical dilemma? Therefore, along with nursing students, I decided to play a role as a health care provider such as a nurse. This is the first day of my clinical rotation The client who was assigned to me should take a bath.

In ethical decision making, the main focus of most student nurses is patient welfare which is the basis of professional practice. In the process of moral reasoning, nurses have critical and introspective thinking skills in the application of moral principles and theory. One of the most serious problems in the development of democracy in Hungary is the lack of institutions and mechanisms that can dramatically improve democracy on a daily basis. For example, complaints procedures at hospitals, clinics, or social families are quite insufficient - at least not to say. People who feel that they are receiving unjust treatment started a long and endless journey in a world of useless complaints. Most of them will sooner or later, have to apologize, even any moral refund, complaints may be handled in an arrogant and impolite way.

Ethical analysis and decision making in healthcare In the medical environment, ethical problems and dilemmas always existed. In many cases, ethical issues are actually very common, so nurses do not even realize that they make minor ethical decisions (Chambliss, 1996; Kelly, 2000). Regardless of whether they recognize ethical issues in making decisions, nurses use their critical thinking skills to answer many of these day-to-day decisions. Personal values, occupational values and capacities, ethical principles, and ethical theories and methods are variables that must be considered in making ethical decisions. The answer to the question is "What is the right thing for my patient?" And "What kind of nurse do you want to become?"
