Ethical Conduct in Human Research

Morality refers to the community's values ​​and practices at specific points in time. Currently, the word morality is a moral principle that leads our daily behavior. These ethical principles lead researchers to decide what is "right" or "wrong". The foundation of medical ethics is governed by two philosophical frameworks: morality and utilitarianism. But ultimately, the Ethics Committee needs to balance the risks and benefits of participants and communities related to specific research proposals.

Ethical approval: Follow ethical procedures established by the Code of Conduct, Ethics Principles and Guidelines (2000) of the British Psychology Association, and ethical principles for the study of people and other animals at the University of Lincoln. The ethics form was submitted and the project was approved by the project instructor. In any case, participants were harmed regardless of psychological and physical reasons. Because there is a possibility of slight fatigue, participants drink beverages and sweets before and after the event. Due to the nature of the research, participants were slightly fooled, but as mentioned above, a comprehensive report was made. They are also said to have the right to cease and / or withdraw from experimenting with data when they want it.

The ethical principles of APA (1982) on the research activities of human participants was first adopted in 1973 and revised in 1978 and 1981. The introduction of ethical principles in the study of human participants reflects the ethical requirements of scientists to expand knowledge for ultimate human improvement and not infringe on the rights of human participants. On the one hand we are trying to balance the responsibility that many principles are considered contradictory, such as considering the potential value of human knowledge and on the other hand the cost of participants. There is a warning to respect the value of informed consent, but please avoid it.

Conclusion Scientific research by human stakeholders is essentially a moral enterprise and ethical conflicts in research are almost inevitable. Researchers exercising privileges and research with human actors are responsible for familiarizing themselves with their professional bodies and federal and state government ethics principles and relevant rules and regulations. However, strict enforcement of rules does not replace reasonable and responsible ethical decisions.
