Estimating Reference Evapotranspiration with Incomplete Data (Case study: North Khorasan province, Iran)

Materials and Methods 1. Survey Area The survey area is located in the northern part of Khorasan Province in northern Iran including the weather stations of Bojnourd, Esfaraien, Jajarm, Mehmanak (Fig. 1). Figure 1 is here. There are insufficient number of weather stations in North Khorasan Province (4 observation points) and 3 observation points out of 4 observation points (Esfaraien, Jajarm, and Mehmanak have only 4 to 5 years of data), accurately I need a site. North Corasan Province is located on the border between Iran and Turkmenistan.

Since 2000, 2,000 Iranian soldiers have been fighting armed drug trafficking organizations and smugglers. The majority of Iran 's executions are related to drug trafficking - the Judiciary Court recently announced that 74% of Iran' s executions are related to drugs. According to Shahindokht Molaverdi, Iranian women's and family issues vice president, all adult males are executed for drug offenses in unnamed villages in Cistan and Baluchistan.

The holy city of Mashhad is the administrative capital of Korasan State. The current population is close to 2.5 million people and occupies more than 200 square kilometers. It is located between the Binalood Mountains and the Hazar Mountains in northeastern Iran. It is 945 kilometers from Tehran, 980 meters above sea level. Currently, Mashhad is the second largest city in the Islamic Republic of Iran after Tehran. In the beginning of the third century, Hishla, Mashhad is a small village called Saanbad, 24 km from Tooth.
