How old is your age of responsibility? Since all laws are passed every year, how do you decide at what age can you possess certain legal rights or freedoms? At the age of 18, you can acquire a driver's license without training, voting or marrying. You can abortion, tattoo, join the army. I can drink alcohol at the age of 21. At the age of 25, you can rent a car. According to what happened then, history showed different age of responsibility to us. Science shows us the age at which your brain has fully developed.

"Adult age" is the statutory age stipulated by state law, it is no longer a minor and has the right and responsibility to make a specific legal selection as an adult. Therefore, when people use the term "adult age" they usually refer to the age at which young people reach adults. In some states, child support costs will stop at the age of 18 to the high school students and in other states at the age of 21 (see "End of Support - Most Ages" for details).

Article 16 of the Children and Youth Act of 1963 has decided the age of criminal liability of England and Wales for 10 years. Every child at this age is considered to be unable to commit a crime (you can not commit a crime). But as Elizabeth Stokes told us, after the age of 10, there is no blame on the entity's penal code to distinguish between the responsibilities of young people and the responsibilities of adults. And the argument is that it should definitely be due to the natural difference between the two.

According to the Convention on the Rights of the Child in the Era of Criminal Liability, the State examines whether "the child can tolerate the moral and psychological factors of criminal responsibility", and if the minimum criminal liability age is too low, the concept of responsibility "The committee recommends that Parties set a minimum criminal liability age to a low level and refrain from raising the current minimum age to an internationally acceptable level and a person under 12 years of age As the British Children's Committee will be able to guarantee the age of criminal liability, the lack of protection and the penalties system so that the rights of the child are securely guaranteed as it is deemed unacceptable According to a report submitted to UNCRC, the UK approved UNCRC, but the treaty is not a domestic law, nor can it still be implemented.
