Everyone is ambitious, and this ambitious nature encourages people to achieve something they can perceive. Achieving the goal is a three-step process. It starts with goal setting, pursues goals, achieves goals while maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity. I believe that ambitions accelerate individuals to realize his possibilities. This ambitious function gained more insight into senior management and organization. This visibility is also explained by the increased opportunities for training, mentoring and recognition by others in the organization.

There are many personal characteristics that can affect individuals and their professional success, ie openness, learning and adaptability. These personal characteristics can sometimes make people successful, but sometimes they are not. When I spend more time as a professional, I think there are very few functions that are important to career success: ambitious, creative, and adaptable. These functions are displayed in various ways. - I do not want to be dissatisfied. In order to avoid this, I will pursue a profession full of opportunities to expand knowledge. My short-term goal is to work at innovative companies and nurture learning environments. An example of such a company is Toyota Motor Corporation.

What sort of personal features do you think is important for a successful career? What features should be considered harmful? Many of the personal features that individuals possess allow them to succeed in human service. According to the National Human Services Organization (ND), "Human service professionals and educators, both students, teachers and practitioners, are promoting and encouraging Human Service's unique value and characteristics" (Paragraph 1). The authors concluded that some of the essential features of human service success are knowledge of superior communication skills, customer respect, customer needs understanding, the context in which they are procured, and customer needs for support thinking about.
