This article focuses on the political and potential impacts of climate change on political institutions. I have studied various aspects of three major problems. First, how will future climate change factors change the stability of the political regime? Many studies are studying from the viewpoint of contradicting this problem. However, most political changes are not brought about by dramatic dramatic changes. At least in democracy, most political changes are made by regular elections. In my first chapter, I investigated the possibility of climate change and damaged the function of the political regime by changing the political behavior of the ballot box. I discovered that if the historical relationship persists, especially in poor countries where democracy is already weak, the expected climate distribution in the second half of the century may increase the democratic flow. My second question concerns the political feasibility of policies aimed at coping with climate change in low-income democracy. In chapter 2 we investigated whether sub - Saharan African voters and politicians are willing to provide political support for climate change policies. Evidence from these studies suggests that voters are reluctant to support climate policy and that politicians are reluctant to adopt climate policy. My third question is focused on the motivation for personal political behavior to cope with climate change.
