When the United States banned drinking in the 1920s, there was a national ban. Then, it is difficult for Americans to consume alcohol in the market. This will lead people to drink less. But whatever kind of wine or wine you drink, people who are thirsty will drink. The American town is full of illegal bars. These illegal bars are called speakeasies. Likewise, the moonlight reached the surface. It is an alcoholic drink that is not well prepared. People also sell alcohol and are smuggling in the country.
Prohibition is basically ineffective. People can ingest alcohol somehow from another place somewhere else. Then they drunk a lot, and very few people reduced their drinking. It is still available; however, it is hidden and illegal. Prohibition is basically ineffective as ban has little impact on consumption.
The ban in the 1920s led to a small group. This brought tremendous power between the gang and those already having violence. As a result, this illegal country has become increasingly violent. The crime rate is rising sharply. Most people in the world are illegal. Then all generations and forms of generations will inevitably rely on crime and violence. The Sicilian also stood up and began to perform violence at an unprecedented level.
Obviously, the ban in the 1920s was basically ineffective. This is true as there is little change in alcohol consumption in the United States. Although few people reduce drinking, few people increase consumption. Then prohibition can not be used only by making alcohol illegal. Alcohol can be seen everywhere
The abuse of illegal alcohol also brought about a sharp rise in national violence and crime rate. Small criminals are now major players in illegal alcohol trade. Then all the violent people rose, then did not get off. Whether they are Sicilian or not, they use violence as the first tool. Crime is the same as murder. When consumption of alcohol is an increasingly increasing crime, the crime rate rose more than ever.
The ban is a very controversial issue when it exists. Most people in the US have a strong opinion on alcohol ban, and many people share these views with President Hoover, then president. The letters listed below are just a few of the thousands of letters I received when Mr. Hoover took over as President. People who support the prohibition ordinance seem to write more frequently than those who do not support the prohibition orders. However, those who oppose the ban instructions seem to use a stronger language and condition for their letters. Many people have expressed their views on alcohol bans and how the federal government better maintains or enforces the law. Others sent proposals on how bans are modified to make it work better. Other people still write a banning order and ask you to quit it altogether
A national drug ban began in the 1920s as part of a constitutional ban in the United States. The first generation of US narcotic agents worked for federal alcohol bans. In 1930 Congress separated the drug ban from the prohibition of alcohol ban and founded the Federal Anti-Narcotics Agency, a new federal anti-narcotics agency by Harry J. Anslinger promising alcohol ban (Epstein, 1977; Musto, 1987) . Leadership In 1933 majority votes were made in several state legislatures, unprecedented national referendums were held in other states, and the nationwide alcohol ban was ended. The problem of alcohol policy was conveyed to the state and municipalities and they did what they wanted. Several states have kept alcohol bans for many years, and many American rural counties are still banning alcohol consumption (Kyvig, 1979; Levine, 1984 and Levine, 1985).
