Our biggest concern as a teacher is students and what kind of learning environment is best suited for meeting their needs. For students, there are various opinions in the most effective and appropriate course. I do not think that any philosophy can offer an ideal course for all students. There are many ways to learn so that there are many teaching methods. We must keep this in mind as students help achieve targets and discover talent. Most importantly, we are to do our utmost to encourage students to try new things and to prevent them from being restricted in some way.

Many schools today are simply trying to allow students to enter college. By doing so you can eliminate important and useful students as well in society. This can be improved by a traditional four-year university.

As a future teacher, I am very convinced that students need to demonstrate the practical application of the concepts they teach. For me, this is especially true for applications in mathematics.
