Our biggest concern as a teacher is students and what kind of learning environment is best suited for meeting their needs. For students, there are various opinions in the most effective and appropriate course. I do not think that any philosophy can offer an ideal course for all students. There are many ways to learn so that there are many teaching methods. We must keep this in mind as students help achieve targets and discover talent. Because the skills necessary for today's work change very quickly, the educational system can not catch up with the ever-changing needs of reworking our work and lifestyle. Most importantly, the fundamental change in our society means that young people need new skills. Today we need new fluency including emotional intelligence, intercultural sensitivity, creativity, expression of problems (not problem solving), economic citizenship, empathy, adaptability, and resilience I will.
