Imagine a farm with lots of animals and crops. The easiest farm to emerge is not one of the huge machines and pollution chimneys, but the vision of the old red barn and cattle who graze freely. Sadly, most of these types of farms are gone in the US. These "family-run farms" are being replaced on a larger, more industrialized farm every day. Unfortunately the staple food of this American culture was swept away by a farm that was used for purely economic reasons. Family management is gradually disappearing from the American landscape. As an American, we need to recognize the importance of family management as we produce high quality food and provide economic aid to the local community.

Family-run farms are not only family-run but also help local people. Since farms do not attempt to attract nationwide workers, they go to the community to find workforce. These farms also need tools and equipment to help care and harvest the crops. These family-run farmers will probably not order tractors for large manufacturers, which are 3,000 miles away. They are likely to purchase tractors locally to assist locals. The truth is that family management is necessary in the urban and rural areas of the United States. They provide work and help them by buying tools and machines for the community. Factory farms also have to hire local workers. However, the main motivation of the factory farm is to make a profit so that they hire as little labor as possible. To help accomplish this goal, they will purchase the most productive and least expensive machines. On such large farms this type of machine can not be purchased locally, so you need to purchase outside the community. This is a bad thing because family farmers buy their machines locally. This time it will help stimulate the local economy. Also, why do you hire additional labor if the machine can do it for you? The factory farm will adopt the minimum necessary to operate a machine that performs multiple tasks. Family management demands that many workers tackle a lot of work to gain farms

Even if they do not live in an actual family ranch, if they are working in a particular ranch the family will be completely different. Families and farms are the same inseparable whole important part. In an actual family-run farm, agricultural management changes according to family changes, and when each matures, each family member plays a different role. Family-run management has developed to respond to new farmers of each generation. When making all the decisions, families will consider the needs of land, animals, farms and families. The farm reflects families and families and reflects the farms of the community and society as a whole. A farm that earns money only for families is not a family-run farm.

Firstly, I need to define the meaning of the family farm. That is because the definition of the farm differs depending on the family. A general definition of a family farm is a family-run farm whose families make important management decisions and families occupy the majority of the labor force. These may be features of most family-run farms, but for me, the definition of a true family-run farm is that the farm and family can not be separated. For me, family farms can be owned, rented or rented by their families, either full time or part-time, so long as farm workers become part of it, non-family members also work on farms can do. Family family.

Farms and families will become indispensable in future family farms. As they are all part of a farmer, farmers will take care of their land, crops, animals, and workers. Since the relationship between the farm and the community reflects the relationship between the family and the community, farmers manage the farm so as to respect the values, preferences of customers, neighbors, and society. As a member of the human family they will understand that they all have the debt that they can repay only in the future, so the farm family will be a good administrator of the land and civil society. Family of the future farm will be a family with integrity and consideration
