Collaboration in education is becoming an increasingly common way to solve various school problems such as curriculum design, action plan, professional development and resource management. One of the most popular areas of cooperation is cooperative education in special education where special education teachers and general education teachers participate in comprehensive classroom planning and instruction (Friend & Cook, 2010). According to "law not to leave children" and "education law for persons with disabilities", the educational academic standards of students with disabilities are the same as those of colleagues in general.
Initially it is a place for education and observation, it is a useful model if observation and data collection is required, but it does not give the teacher two equal responsibilities. In site teaching, you divide students into small groups and rotate them to multiple teacher-led or independent workstations, including both teachers and teachers, and even noisy distracting students. In parallel teaching, students are divided into two same groups, each teaching the same teaching material; in this approach, you can ensure diversity and reduce the ratio of teacher and student. In teaching speed alternative education, one teacher cooperates with a small group of students who need additional guidance, another teacher cooperates with the rest of the students. In the education of this group, it makes them embarrassed. Professor, teaching assistant is a way to allow students to get support on the course, but it may be overused and the final result is not good for the teacher's classroom. Finally, perhaps the most effective way is team teaching where the two teachers equally share planning and guidance. In this way, teachers can become attractive to each other and can make more diverse education, but this can be difficult.
Collaborative education is a collaboration between two or more qualified education specialists, most commonly general education teachers and special education teachers. To be truly eligible to become a common educational model, each teacher must actively participate in the course lesson. Each teacher provides its own expertise in the planning, guidance and management of all the students in the classroom. In this way, collaborative lesson can improve learning environment and let all students participate in class. From academically talented people to academically challenging students, all students can benefit from more diverse education provided by increased participation time and a common educational model.
* Definition of joint classes: Although joint classes are not new phenomena, their application in lesson experience of students is a new research field. Collaborative education in student education enables adults trained by two professionals to collaborate in the classroom and actively interact with students over a long period of time. The common educational model of student education gives students more opportunities to help students when and how they need it. It provides opportunities for teachers to use a common educational strategy to group and educate students in ways that teachers can not. Collaborative education in the student education model can be carried out in every content of every grade.
Villa, Thousand and Nevin (2004) define "cooperative education" as at least two educators who share the responsibility of teaching in the same classroom. The practical way to realize such collaborative lessons varies from school to school, but it is always based on improving languages and promoting content development. In the survey on pull - and - push education, the surveyed teacher was responsible for initiating ESL education for five years at a primary school in the southeastern United States. "When teachers cooperate and combine talents, everyone can gain a profit" (p. 6). Other benefits include full participation of all students in the classroom, better student achievements, and improved teacher self-efficacy. Collaboration may be a very complicated activity, which may make teachers and students feel tired and depressed
