But I am convinced that there is a sense of loneliness at the interval, empowerment, relaxation of mind and health.

Loneliness and isolation are not the same thing. The former is a temporary condition that you can usually celebrate. On the contrary, the latter is a state of mind. It shuts down individuals from their social environment. Isolation is dangerous, which can lead to loneliness and depression. But loneliness is an exciting thing to practice.
