Diversity is to pay attention to individual differences. Therefore, "diversity" is not simply the same new word. The diverse approach is designed to identify, evaluate and manage the differences so that all employees can contribute and demonstrate their full potential. Diversity challenges us to recognize and evaluate differences as our environment is a better place to work for everyone

Equality means to ensure that people are treated fairly and have fair opportunities. Equality does not treat everyone in the same way, but rather admits that their needs are met in different ways. Similar attention is paid to the fields subject to law, that is, the major fields such as race and sex.
