One of the motivation theories that a company has been using is a scientific method.
Unlike Taylor, the Maslows approach takes into consideration the physical and social aspects of working at a company. This theory and other related theories are called human relationship laws.
Scientific management of Taylor Maslow's theory consists of two parts. One is how the classification of human needs is expressed and the other is how the categories of human needs are related to one another.
The hierarchy consists of people starting from the bottom, and these needs are filled with the money to provide food and water and the place they live. Then, that person upgrades to the next level, which is a security requirement, ensures work safety and provides appropriate security equipment to meet this requirement. If satisfied, this person will be upgraded to the next level of social needs. This level is satisfied, feeling that you belong to the company and have friends there. Then, this person will respect the level of demand, and promotion will do your job by praising and promotion will meet this level. Once all these levels are complete, only such a person can achieve themselves. In other words, they are satisfied with their own views.
The fourth theory is the pass goal leadership theory. This is the most appropriate teaching theory to congratulate entertainment. It is based on the theory of expectation that motivates. The theory states that whether people have the motivation depends on two things. In accordance with this theory, leaders should increase the individual rewards received by their men to achieve their goals and make it easier for them to follow the path to achieving them.
