Eradicating the Deaf-World

Destroying the world of the hearing impaired is the same as members of other minorities such as Hispanic or African American. Attempts to eliminate "repair" members and DEAF - WORLD are not published as much as other minorities, but they still exist. Part of Bell 's request for elimination of hearing impairment is a change in educational practice of deaf people. After the oral education resolution was adopted at the Milan Conference in 1880, more and more hearing-impaired students were forbidden to sign and some people tied their hands to the desk to "encourage" the speech I reported it.
