What does the word 'family' mean to you? Our current society has many family definitions that transcend traditional maternal and child relationships. These changes to the contemporary family concept caused a big controversy. One of the changes is the rise of homosexuals and lesbian women who are currently growing their children, or are interested in becoming parents. In the United States, adoption of homosexual parents is resisted by law and society. Studies have shown, however, that there is no evidence that child development is adversely affected by homosexual parents; therefore, sexual orientation is not a just reason to deny adoption.
& Lt; Tab / & gt; I saw this related article published in Newsweek magazine in the autumn of 2003 for the first time. The subject of this article is about gay marriage, not gay adoption. It discusses the equal rights of homosexuals and the problems of adoption they face. Another book I found is John Malone's "Homosexuality in the 21st Century" published in 2000. Newsweek's information is not sufficient, but two sources are considered reliable. Because they are found in the library and got the reputation of being behind them.
As everyone knows, as a country, the United States is equal and fair for everyone. This is the reason why blacks and whites are equal, men and women are equal countries, but the reason is that gay couples are not the same as straight men. Especially regarding adoption, everyone should have the same rights and equality. Homosexual adoption is legal, but that is not fair. Homosexual adoption is not permitted in many places and many couples do not allow children to adopt by gay couples. - Note: This article has long annotated references. In recent years, homosexual relationships have become more comprehensive in American society. Domestic laws are changing, including acceptance of homosexual marriage, implementation of anti-discrimination law, adoption of homosexual homosexuals, and lesbian, homosexuals, bisexuals and transgender communities are generalized. Homosexual families such as homosexuals are diverse and come in various forms.
This article is an essay on the right of homosexuality. The use of rights by homosexuals refers to a form in which a homosexual partner (male) adopts a homosexual couple with another biological child and is adopted for gays. "Adoption is a legal process in which a person or couple is brought up by another non-close relatives and is considered to permanently transfer all the rights and responsibilities of the original parent or parent at that time" (Pertman, 2000 ). In the world, only 14 countries have legalized the adoption of homosexuals. In most countries this phenomenon is illegal despite intense debate to enable this. The main argument of opponents arises from the question of whether parents can be better employed as parents.
