EPA's Report on the Environment (ROE)

The US Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Report (ROE) shows how environmental and human health conditions in the United States will change over time. More than 80 ROE metrics are designed to help answer 23 questions essential to EPA's mission to protect the environment and human health. Therefore, EPA's priority is to frequently update the ROE index to provide the public with the latest available data. During the Trump regime, the Superfund program emerged as the focus of achieving and strengthening the EPA's core mission of protecting human health and the environment. On 22 May 2017, the EPA established a Superfund Task Force to advise on how to simplify and improve the Superfund program. Two months later, on July 25, 2017, the US Environmental Protection Agency issued a Super Fund Task Force report containing 42 recommendations in five target areas. In the first year of the Super Fund Task Force, the Environmental Protection Agency made significant progress in the implementation of the recommendations of this report and all 42 recommendations will be completed by the end of 2019. These results ensure that the community, partners and developers from each country can clear up the most dangerous places in the country as quickly and safely as possible.
