In collaboration with the Emmet Environment Law of Harvard Law School and Policy Clinic and Maritime Foundation, the Environmental Law Research Institute (ELI) has completed a comprehensive analysis of the application of water purification law in federal marine aquaculture. The resulting white paper examined whether all offshore aquaculture facilities should be a point source for emissions permits and whether EPA's current aquaculture wastewater limit, including whether a flee has been a "pollutant" or not Review guidelines, emission standards apply to offshore aquaculture.
