Ensuring Freedom by Preserving the Values of Trade Unions

Trade unions have struggled to achieve free existence in the early stages of the Industrial Revolution. In unorganized departments, the basic struggle of trade unions is due to the legitimacy of their own existence and the freedom to act as a trade union. They are faced with hostile employers that the fundamental "benefits" in unorganized business are provision of disorderly employment and cheap labor. Since labor unions are basically struggling for employment, wages and social security measures, they consider it to be the root of this "advantage". This invited intense conflict, and in many cases, the labor union was on the accepting side. In light of this hostility towards all forms of trade union activity in this field, union activists must find various means to obtain legality.
