The Enigma project consists of graduates of MIT and researchers based on the research of the Enigma white paper. The Enigma protocol is the second off-chain network designed to solve the two biggest problems in the chain, scalability and privacy. By enabling the computation and exchange of secure and decentralized data, Enigma allows block chains to truly achieve their strong promises. Although many industries such as finance, health, identity, credit may be affected by the Enigma Agreement, the primary use of the Enigma Agreement is a distributed, open and secure data market.
The main goal of Enigma is to revolutionize the way of sharing, consolidating, and monetizing data through the Enigma Distributed Data Market Agreement and the ENIG Public Instructions. Block chains are a type of distributed database, but the biggest drawback is scalability and privacy. Enigma is trying to realize the scalability of block chains by providing complementary off-link data networks that can safely share large amounts of information and can handle without much chain cost. As distributed networks continue to expand, our protocols provide the Layer 2 network needed to handle more data faster and to achieve better privacy capabilities. I think this is a lack of large scale adoption of distributed applications.
Now let's learn about the future of Enigma and what the coin offers. The main purpose of Enigma is to change the way data is transferred over the network. Many encryption currencies provide secure and distributed protocols. Distributed protocol is a stream of data that is not controlled by any individual or group. Enigma does not apply to distributed protocols. Instead, they operate on a disconnected data network. Through this off-chain data network, they are able to store massively securely transmitted information compared to decentralization and their first product on the new Enigma protocol is of course catalyst.
