My research was done in Stockholm School with four different socioeconomic backgrounds with the help of two former students of the Department of Media Communication at the University of Stockholm in the spring of 2013. An important part of this approach is the focus group's interview. According to Livingstone & Lunt (1993), focus groups are a good way to cause sensitive topics and share group normative dialogue, as participants can support mutual self disclosure. Interview questions are related to social media, games, customs on usage of visual communication, usage, customs, opinions. Initially, this research did not pay special attention to self-portraits of social media and gender stereotypes; this was outstanding in the seventh grade focus group interview. The material used in this paper was taken from 11 such interviews (N = 41), 8 girls (N = 28) and 3 boys (N = 13).
