English Colonization of America

By 1700, British colonies, New England and Chesapeake Bay were very different. Physical and cultural differences separate them. Diversity seeds were planted early in colonization and developed into a unique society. The settlers came to America with different motives. Some are for religious reasons and some are for rich. Religion is the foundation of New England people's lives, but money and tobacco production dominate life in the Chesapeake region.

Lord Walter · Laurie's exploration began the United States of British colonial rule. British colonial rule began in 1584 when 108 crew members of Sir Walter Raleigh's seven vessels, commanded by Richard Glennville and Ralph Ryan, arrived at Roanoke Island in 1584. On June 4, 1584, the colony of Roanoke Island in Virginia was founded by Sir Walter Rowley who was named Elizabeth Queen I "Virginia" and was appointed governor of the new territory. The American colony moved to John White in 1587 and established the British Roanoke colony. On August 18, 1587, Virginia Dahl was born in Roanoke colony and became the first British child born in British colonial period.

British colonial rule in the United States (including British and Scottish colonization) began in Jamestown, Virginia in 1607 and peaked when colonies were established throughout the United States. The British and later the British were one of the most important settlers in the Americas and their American empire competed with Hispanic American colonies in military and economic terms. Three types of colonies were established in the United Kingdom's abroad estate of the 17th century and continued to enter the Daiei Empire when power was the best in the 17th century. These are Chartered Colony, Exclusive Colony, Royal Colony. In the 1770s, 13 British colonial groups destroyed the British Empire collectively through the successful revolution and established the modernized United States. After the Napoleonic War (1803-15) was over, the remaining British territory in North America was gradually awarded a more responsible government.
