Plants convert solar energy into chemical energy. And it passes through the leaves as a starch and carries them to different organs of the plant to support plant growth. As a result, other creatures will eat plants to gain energy. When major consumers like cows eat plants, energy is transferred from plants to animals as energy moves from the sun to the plants. Organisms that eat at several nutrient levels are then classified as the highest level of nutrients they eat, and this organism is called a human.

The essence of all beings is energy. Our body and ether self are dependent on unrestricted flow of life energy. And that is the source of integrity and health. This flow of energy is open and influenced by factors that we do not reach, but ultimately we will choose the impact that these factors will have on our lives.
