What does the afterlife mean for Roman and Northern European society? Today, the afterlife is important as it determines the behavior in normal life. Romans adopted a similar culture of Greeks, but Vikings worshiped the gods and goddesses of the Pantheon. The Romans and the world after death of Viking has several levels; both have similar characteristics, but they also have different aspects. The Romans had a level called Elysian Fields, and both the warrior and the hero went, basically those who improved well for humans.

Unfortunately, with the advent of Viking Art (c.800-1000) Ireland's unique contribution to Western civilization, especially Christianity began to decline, despite the contributions of Viking Art. Since then the Roman culture promoted by the Roman church began to be reproduced in Europe. In East Asia, the visual arts of India and Tibet use strongly drawn letters (with a variety of pigments) and powerful contours. Indian paintings are very diverse, as are materials (more durable fabrics, often replacing paper) and sizes (Indian miniatures are professional) as well. Chinese art specializes in bronze sculpture for rituals, calligraphy, brush painting, ball carving, and lacquerware and pottery. In Japan there are four types of Japanese art: Buddhist Temple Art, Zen Sumi, Yamame and Ukiyoe.

Viking Art is a symbol of the amazing wonderful culture of the northern people. Viking likes elaborate decorations, and they adorn a lot of what they use: weapons, jewelry, Rune Stones, sea wood products, and even their daily necessities. They like abstract and complex animal designs and multiple interwoven lines. The animals depicted in their arts include snakes, horses, wolves, birds and fantasy animals. As the Viking era goes on, craftsmen have changed the design and developed six different but overlapping art styles. Each style is named after the area where a decorative purpose was found. Let's look at each artistic style

Transaction is an important part of Viking culture life. This mission brings many important items, and Vikings need to live a normal life. At that time, Viking was an international businessman. Constantinople (Istanbul) exchanged silk and spices with the slaves I brought from Russia. They discovered amber in the Baltic region and brought fur, fur and ivory from the northern part of the world like Greenland to the trade city of Western Europe. Viking established trade cities such as Birka, Ribe, Hedeby and Scarinesal in Scandinavia. In Ireland, they established excellent trade in Dublin, where they made York a prosperous city and became the most important trading city outside London (La Fay 149-150). Vikings maintain a trade route between Byzantium and the West via Kiev and Russia when the east and the west are closed or not secure with the Mediterranean's old trade route.
