Physical activity is important for middle-aged children (6-10 years old) as it gives them good self-esteem and takes care of their overall health. It tells our children to choose healthy food and teach them to exercise from a young age. As a teacher, the role model is important, so the kids know what they expect. In the body of this article, I will explain why physical activity is important in mid-childhood and the role of my role as a teacher in the prevention and coping of obesity.

Physical educators are important personnel to help young people achieve the goals of sports activities.
