After 14 years college fear encouraging children to follow philosophical statements of my dream, I decided to start my new journey in August 2001. Of course, this is a sign of a transition to adults, but even so, children are advised to choose careers when young. Then they left the job market. They are now growing, and here is the time to follow their dreams. However, this is expensive in many cases and requires years of education. If university graduates feel that the occupation they receive does not meet their expectations, it may be difficult to redefine the career goals. I wrote several articles on industry changes, but apart from that, I think the employment market has undergone a major change over the past decade.

Ironically, I think that even though these different children have been tested in the same way, I think that kindergarten children are encouraged to become individuals and follow their dreams. Through school education, children and young people must form ideas about what the Ministry of Education considers necessary, but those dreams that were so important were impossible and these dreams never "fake" It will never be. Rather than focusing on children who feel the difficulty of learning or exceeding average reading comprehension and comprehension ability, they admire people rated higher than others and evaluate as a lower level We will encourage people who have been. Our educational system is the core of social separation, we compare ourselves by our abilities, then ask why bullying and mental health problems are in society.

Perhaps the best way for the world to move forward is to encourage a new generation of active citizens. We have millions of children all over the world, but the society only supports that they will obey their dreams unless it is controversial yet. If you want to improve the world, you have to challenge the current situation. Please give me an example. Do children want to become doctors or accountants? "Awesome, they are a wonderful career choice!" Does a child want to be a lawyer? "Awesome!" Would a child want to be an architect?
