I studied the recent graduates of New Zealand's specialized teacher mixed learning program of children's difficulties in learning and behavior. The six focus group interviews examined factors that participants felt were able to improve their program's abilities and factors that were obstacles to capacity building. As a result, it turns out that a series of factors are obstacles to capacity development and become a contributing factor. These topics focus on five general themes related to course content, relevance, clarity, structure, support network, time and stress management, important knowledge, skills, experience, and experience I will.
