The purpose of this paper is to investigate current research and to understand how organizational human resources management functions play a role in employment of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) patients. First, I will briefly explain symptoms accompanying ASD. This is because they are usually associated with the required employment skills. Next, conventional documents will be described. Finally, we discuss how to deal with various functions in human resource management to provide a more comprehensive environment for ASD patients, including areas for future research. This article is centered on the role and responsibility of traditional HR management, but effective workplace management, design and cultural responsibility should be embedded throughout the organization and need to be the most effective and supportive .
