Employability and the Graduate Market - Interim Assessment

Throughout the first semester, I had to do research on the graduate market of the employers of the top 100 graduate employers of the Times. After conducting this survey, I showed the characteristics of a very successful employer. While looking at the graduate market of certain companies such as Freshfields and Allen & Ovary and working as an immigration control law firm called Fragomen, we found a significant increase and decrease in employment and salary in a specific field.

In the marketing module, a group presentation, a group report, an employability possibility task, a self-assessment form, a job search for a marketing graduate school, preparation of a graduate student's resume (CV) for a job marketing graduate school, creation of a cover letter and a marketing graduate school The vacancy resumes. Through this work, I identified and decided the quality and location of my skills. It also helps me develop the technology that I need to improve. From this task, I found that communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-management skills are my strengths. Although I have practical experience using these skills in my career. This is very helpful for my future career. On the other hand, I found that my intellectual skills are not as good as other skills. It will also help me focus on extending this skill. In an actual career, these skills are related each time.

This report identifies internship content and skills necessary for internship and defines hiring possibilities for graduates based on available literature. What skills are necessary to enter the graduate market? To provide internship, to indicate the percentage of people entering graduate school labor market, and this indicates that internship is necessary to enter the labor market. Internship has other names such as insight, work or industry internship. Internship has two models, short term and long term. During the internship, candidates can acquire skills and knowledge essential when applying for a full time job.
