Emily’s Life-Changing Decisions

In William Faulkner's "A Rose for Emily", the narrator tells the story of a desperate, eccentric and secluded woman named Emily Gryerson. Her father's denial and control operation was in the form of only love she knows. Miss Emily refused to accept the changes being performed by people in the town, making her a lot of negative changes in life. Emily developed her own legal and behavioral logic, and her dismissal of law brought an unlucky distortion to the story after all.
