Emile Durkheim's Theories on Norms and Values

French sociologist Emil Durchem was the first person to conceptualize deviations of today's theorists who generally accepted his theory as a functionalist deviation theory. Norm theory believes that value is used to determine what a particular society or individual is right, wrong and important in life.
