In a seemingly competitive and morally flawed world, business people and entrepreneurs often face severe ethical challenges. Therefore, their personal values and beliefs play an important role in the success of the organization. There is a tendency for one or more people to have reasons to take actions that are less desirable in order to protect their interests when concealing questions about the morals of others.

Ethical management, corporate ethics and corporate social responsibility are new ethical issues related to all companies around the world. There is little evidence that the construction industry and the ethical management of construction projects draw the same level of attention. In this article, the authors focus on this potential ethical problem and explore some of the options for systematic management of construction projects and ethical issues in companies. Introduction The research introduced in this paper is investigating the role of potential moral factors in construction. In this article, the authors present a review that emphasizes that ethics management is an important part of project and enterprise agency complete lifecycle management. However, the main research is beyond this scope and we are exploring the development of a systematic approach to building management ethics.
