The Ethics and Corporate Responsibility Center held peer-learning about diverse ethics with leading companies in several countries. Diversity management is an important obligation of leadership, and model companies form tomorrow's ethical culture and practices. Please join us in order to respect our workplace more and comprehensively, equally and fairly. At the center, meetings, seminars and special writings on ethics diversity are conducted.
When the major moral sources of many Americans are their religion, what are the responsibilities of the leaders for religious expression? When was it mistakenly excluded inclusion? The Christian group has recently been seeking expansion of adaptation to religious expressions. This brings problems to the leaders of public entities. Should leaders publicly support more expressions of culturally dominant religion? When is a culturally dominant belief expressed in the workplace exclude non-religious employees or non-dominant employees? How will you maintain the spiritual source of ethical and ethical commitments while promoting a comprehensive workplace? In addition to good will, what is the responsibility of the leader?

If large corporate scandals and ongoing violations prove ethical or organizational integrity or commercial responsibility, it is not enough to say other things. The students I talked to think that about half of the students stand out from the ethics curriculum and are strictly obliged to comply with the law, but the remaining half are liable for non-legal responsibilities . A deeper question than the current situation. The greatest mistake a learning agency can make is to train graduates without curiosity and strong curiosity.
