Hello, I would like to know what writers and books are considered South Gothic, and what are some suggestions. What other ideas are there to make part of literature in southern Gothic? I have a vague impression of supernatural elements, but I want to know other factors / customs etc. Contribute to the label "South Gothic". I recently read the Cherie Priest's Four and Twenty Blackbirds, I think this is qualified, but what else do you have? I think the desire to reflect South Gothic more in architecture and people than in the past is greater.
