Elementary School Teacher

As a future primary school teacher, I would like to tell my students how to respect and understand people with different backgrounds, cultures, races and special needs. Children need to understand people's differences so that they are more tolerant and can deepen their understanding. In past semesters, we have learned many different philosophers who have different opinions on teaching children and ordinary people. Matthew Lipman is the founder of Children's Philosophy, a course where many teachers practice in class and teach children critical thinking and reasoning skills.

Elementary school teachers are working in private and public schools and are teaching children in elementary school first graders who are usually considered to be 1-5 years old. Most elementary school teachers teach kids' classes in most subjects, but some schools are experimenting with new ways such as teams and joint guidance. Elementary school teachers play an important role in the education and development of children. Elementary school teachers instruct students to learn mathematics, reading, science, social studies and other subjects. Teachers can teach subjects using demonstrations and props. Lesson plans include classes such as lessons, exams, quizzes. In addition, elementary school teachers assign tasks to students and enrich classroom lessons. Primary school teachers arrange outdoor trips for students throughout the year and provide learning experiences outside the classroom.
