Elementary School Students’ Lives versus Second Amendment Rights

Safe Community 2013 which is the Safe School Act of 2013 is a response to Sandy Hook Elementary School which was started on March 21, 2013 and was taken on December 14 of the previous year. A terrible mass murder in a new town school in Connecticut caused the deaths of 20 children and 6 adults. Then, it shocked and shocked nationwide.
