Former Secretary of State Secretary Doug Everett took office in January 2003. He represents the first district of PSC, south of the province extends from Macon to Savanna.

Tim Echols was appointed in January 2011 as a veteran of nonprofit work focused on consumer protection and accountability. He is the second district of PSC and covers the central and eastern part of the state from Gwinnett to Screeven County.

He is committed to promoting clean energy initiatives and explains the importance of safe disposal of nuclear waste.

(3) There are no elected officials, nor can they choose officials from legislative branches, counties, or parties' offices.
