ELA Curriculum Map

Analyze elements of personal articles such as purpose, structure, core idea, details of support

Identify the point of view of storytelling, evaluate the reliability of the narrator, and identify techniques to make dubious accounts of fictitious accounts

Analyze the article to determine the language elements that contribute to the authors 'perspectives, refutations, and authors' styles.

Write an objective summary, decide the development of the central idea, and analyze the structure of the paragraph

Assess the selection of the actor or director and analyze the extent to which the photographic version of the story is loyal to the text or separated from the text.

Identify and analyze important elements of historical fiction and study how authors create emotions in stories

Identify and analyze comparative contrasting tissue patterns in text and understand the influence of word content on meaning

Think elegy as a poetic form and understand how the expanded metaphor is used to express emotions and ideas

Use the literary criticism words to decide the viewpoint of the author and analyze how the selection of the author's words affects the tone of the text

According to Glass (2013), based on the LAUSD ELA course map underway and under development, "I am accustomed to persuasive sentences, but do not confuse them with discussion. Argument sentences are based on clarity . Evidence that is not based on emotional complaints - Relevant evidence - (p. 12) Logical discussion - Recognized value of claims and evidence provided, not emotions and writers caused by the audience of the work Roles or evidence standards to convince the audience by rationality place particular emphasis on logical discussions as preparations for particularly important forms of universities and careers (page 24).

At the heart of the ELA curriculum map are standards-based curriculums, performance-based learning and evaluation, and high-quality instruction. Educators use this map and standards as a roadmap for courses and education. Properly designed course sequence and quality educational resources allow teachers to spend more time and energy on education and assess the effectiveness of education for all learners with special learning needs I can.

According to state course maps, ELA teachers should teach all standards every nine weeks. Many of these pacing guidelines are not listed as major criteria every nine weeks every nine weeks to ensure that the criteria are taught strategically. While other criteria may apply to many parts and tasks, any progress assessment will be obtained from key criteria.
