Eighth Ammendment and the Twenty-Eighth Ammendment

Since the eighth amendment of the American constitution, since the eighth amendment was ratified about 222 years ago, American citizens have been protected from excessive bail, fine, extraordinary cruel and atrocities by the Constitution. The following review is a simple analysis of the origin and history of the Eighth Amendment and the various conditions of the revision. Furthermore, I think that amendments to restrict immigration and immigration services should be added as a 28th amendment to the US Constitution.

In fact, this new amendment has made it possible to expand organized crime. Many criminal groups are struggling to manage copyright infringement. Al Capone (Chicago) is the most cruel criminal boss of this era. By the end of the 1920's, most people thought the ban was a failure. It was abolished in 1933 by the 21st amendment

It is not an intensification of crime and violence, and there are few problems stimulating Americans. This problem is easily related to the availability of firearms.
