Eid al Adha 2018 will be held on Wednesday, 22 August 2018. This is an interim date, as the actual date depends on the discovery of Dhul Hijjah's moon.
Eid ul Adha is a festival celebrated by Muslims all over the world to celebrate the sacrifice the prophet Ibrahim (AS) has made through his strong belief in the God (SWT). Ibrahim (AS) expressed a willingness to sacrifice his son Ismail (AS), but his son was replaced with the lamb of Allah (SWT). Allah (SWT) is very satisfied with the gift presented to him by Ibrahim (AS).
Therefore, Muslims around the world celebrate Eid ul Azha in Dhul Hijjah every October. On this day Muslims massacred sheep, sheep, goats, or camels in commemoration of the sacrifice of Ibrahim (AS). This festival gives generosity and appreciation.
This festival is meant to make Muslims more actionful. It means not only sacrifice, but instead means learning lessons learned from the desire for privacy and raising it from any ability that Muslims can not carry out their Muslim duties. Allah said in the Quran:
"Their flesh will not reach Allah and their blood will not reach, but it is your piousness to reach him, so we have offered them to you. Tell good actors good news. "(Surah Hajj: 37)
The 10 days before Eid al Azha is important as it is designed to motivate and encourage Muslim Eid al-Fitr. Recently, Muslims must be the biggest Ibadat, and then as a rewarding expression, one person celebrates Eid al-Fitr
The holiday that I chose was an Islamic festival called Eid al adha. Eid al adha is very famous all over the world. Eid al Adha means the sacrifice festival. Eid al adha commemorates the completion of the annual pilgrimage which is a pilgrimage to the pilgrim city Mecca and the Medina. During Eid al-Fitr, all Muslims celebrated Ibrahim's trial by slaughtering animals such as cattle, sheep, camels, goats. Eid al-Fitr is a holiday after Ramadan. Ramadan's three-day Islamic festival Eid al-Fitr celebrates the end of Ramadan, the rapid pace of individuals from sunrise to sunset during the Holy Moon of Ramadan's Muslims. Eid al-Adha is a very important holiday for Muslims like Christians.
Last month, we celebrated Muslim festival Eid al-Fitr. Eid al-Adha is considered to be the biggest of the two Muslim festivals, and in some way equal to Christmas. Eid al-Adha is pleased that Abraham (Ibrahim), as his involvement in Ismail (Ismail) to accept the command of God and the acceptance of his son's sacrifice and to provide Abraham to Abraham The sacrificed lamb died before. In addition, this vacation tells the end of Mecca's annual pilgrimage.
Eid al-Adha is also known as the Sacrifice Festival or Sacrifice Festival and commemorates its achievements. According to the faith of Islam, Eid al-Fitr (Abraham) is dedicating his son to God. The US government issued stamps in commemoration of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. These stamps are designed to emphasize the commercial, educational and social contributions of Muslims in the United States. Note: Local Customs or Monday's Witnesses may change the days of Muslim holidays beginning on the day before the day specified on the holiday. Since the Islamic calendar is the moon and the sun starts from the sunset, there may be a day mistake depending on when you first see the new moon.
