Effects of Generational Gaps on Work Environments

In this article we analyze the gap between generations that affect our work. When people think about generational disparity in the workplace, there are often three questions: whether there is a difference between the quality of work. Whether the employer has a different loyalty. There is a difference in the motivation to complete the work. In addition to analyzing these problems, this article also explains the downside and the positive side of the above three problems.

Generational disparity is often thought of as a difference between generations that causes conflict, complicates communication, and creates "gaps". "There may be times when generational disparity helps to make lack of communication between frustrated young people or to separate the culture of society and to cultivate their own personality. There is always a difference, but the big difference implied by this term has not been proved well before the 20th century. Prior to that, society was not very fluid. Young people usually live close to their big family, are worshiped in their childhood church, and are often working at family farms and family owned.

Generational disparities are reality. Senior citizens may have difficulties participating in family gatherings. Because their children and grandchildren often talk about them, talk about things they can not understand or do not understand. I feel that the average American nursing home and the special nursing home for the elderly are like hospitals.
