Leadership According to Howard Gardner (1995), the term leadership is defined in various ways. A notorious leader, President Harry S. Mature model agency Eileen Ford defines leadership as "ability to persuade people to do what they want" (Karns & Bean, Parker & Begnaud, 2004). Leader leader Warren Venice said the leader as "a person who contributed to the organization's role and gave him or her a sense of work" (Czarnecki, 2010).

Effective leadership is rarely linear. Effective leadership requires a variety of approaches to meet the needs of different situations and the personality involved. Effective leadership of the line manager requires the qualities of leadership. Their behavior can be seen in the context and environment of various situations. A line manager with qualitative leadership qualities shows the following specific qualitative combinations (Figure 1). Communication skills - Communication skills are important for effective leadership.
