Initially, we think that the influence of centrifugal force and centripetal force is the largest in Prague, Bratislava, Vienna and Budapest which are the core areas of the CE countries. The purpose of our paper is to measure the strength of these forces. First, we used the C statistics of Geary (1954) to test the CE countries' spatial imbalance using Moran's autocorrelation statistics I (1950) and to compare them. We believe that the spatial differences between CE countries are more or less regular and therefore indicate that regional imbalances are also spatially conditional.
The nationalist forces that unite the nation are called "Central Army". Common examples of "central power" include common sense, common language, reliable state agencies, and government legality. Contrary to "core power", "centrifugal force" separates the country. The word "Vulcanization" comes from Balkans in Southeastern Europe.
