Irradiation can have a major influence on reproductive function. The radiation delivery schedule (total dose, rate, duration) is an important determinant of the radiobiological effects of the involved tissues and depends on the tissues and organs. If the hypothalamus - pituitary axis is involved in the radiation field, exposure to the central nervous system may affect adolescent onset and cause hyperprolactinemia or gonadotropin deficiency. Direct irradiation of the testis with a lower dose affects the hair growth epithelium. Doses greater than 0.35 Gy cause spermatic disease. As the dose increases, the time required for recovery increases, but if the dose exceeds 2 Gy, the spermatic disease may become permanent. At higher radiation doses (> 15 Gy) Leydig cell function is also affected. In addition to radiation dose, the vulnerability of the testes varies with the age of radiation and the condition of adolescence in men. In women, the response of the ovary to the influence of radiation differs depending on age and dose, and there is no known effect on the separation of ovarian dysfunction into hormones and reproductive ability. Ovary dose of 4 Gy may cause 30% infertility in young women, but 100% in women over 40 years old. Pelvic exposure also has a serious effect on the uterus, the growth of the girl before adolescence is stagnant, uterine dilation fails during pregnancy, subsequent abortion and premature birth

The reproductive system of a human female is a series of organs mainly located inside the body and around the female pelvic area, which contribute to the reproductive process. The reproductive system of a human female consists of three main parts: the vulva, the vagina, the vaginal opening, the uterus, the uterus including the developing fetus, and the ovary laying the female egg. The breast is involved in the reproductive and childcare stage, but in most classification it is not considered part of the female reproductive system.

Male reproductive system is different from female reproductive system. Indeed, most of male reproductive organs are outside the body. The outer part contains penis, scrotum and testicles. Unlike women, men do not accept fertilization, they are infertile, but the sperm cells they secrete are essential for complete cell fertilization.

Two types of sex cells or gametes are involved in the process of human reproduction (pronunciation: GAH-meetz). Male gametes, or sperm, and female gametes, eggs or eggs meet in the female reproductive system to create new individuals. Male and female reproductive systems are essential for reproduction. Like other living things, humans communicate certain features of their own to the next generation through their genes (a special vector of human features).
