Introduction The achievement motivation (also called achievement needs, N-Ach) represents individual wishes to achieve high achievement rates and to acquire skills to achieve high standards of excellence. It involves intense, long-term and repetitive efforts to achieve certain difficulties, striving towards high goals with one goal and deciding to win.
