In order to ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests must be received by EHS or certified or registered mail via DocuSign (55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Note: Director of rental ). Your request must be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm in New York or by postmarking before and after the above cancellation deadline. In case of a cancellation request processed or mailed after the due date or canceled in other way, there is no refund.

If you have a guarantor (reservation requirement for 9 months and 12 months), the guarantor is responsible for paying the deposit under the license agreement and the warranty.

Educational Housing Services (EHS) is a nonprofit organization that provides accommodation to students and interns from all over the country. Neighborhood housing services directly correspond to the housing needs of the low income group of New Haven. Through the SeeClickFix workshop and its resident's leadership program, the Community Housing Services Department gives residents an opportunity to feel the ownership and control of the community. Learn how they do it and then what to do. Government agencies use SeeClickFix to raise the scope and quality of civic services. Through unified citizenship data of SeeClickFix, these organizations can also measure the success of these services in unprecedented ways.
