Educational Deficit of Modern Children

Certain children throughout the United States are marked as lack of language. Because of the strict rules of modern school systems, these children will suffer for the rest of their lives. A deficit label given by the school system can prove that it is not a big deficit that it constitutes but a simple difference in socialization of education. Because of its diverse educational background, modern school system rejects specific children from flaws. The deficit is inadequate or insufficient; in this case this means that some children have inadequate understanding of English.

In education, there is a theory of deficit thinking. The lack of thinking is a negative belief of the educator (O'Connor & Fernandez 2006; Obiakor, 2007) as these children bring "defects" from home. Educators know that all children have to concentrate on improving the partnership between teachers and their parents to ensure the best opportunity for academic success (Zoints, Zoints, Harrison, and Bellinger, 2003). However, it is often difficult to establish such a partnership if parents are judged by the school environment and not popular. Zorn and Boller (2007, p.144) noted that the teacher misunderstood that "poverty is a single mother or poor child rearing problem." Educators often blame children and schools that can not support children and schools that "parents" can not participate in meetings and other formal organizations.

The social change of the world due to the rise of the concept of "village of the world" brought education to the new competitiveness lacking so far.
