The National Tactical Officer Association is an IRS 501 (c) (3) charity organization. Under the spirit of charity, NTOA established the "James Troker Education Scholarship Program" for qualified members of the association.
The NTOA Scholarship program is designed to cover university tuition fees and other eligible costs. Scholarships can be obtained in one of two ways:
